Suzuki management is screwed. They are in Pakistan since 90's I mean with those ninja, shogan, sumurai bikes. Still today, we lack Suzuki after sale services, we have to hunt for most of the parts. You cant find seat of sprinter in the local market, GS front mud guard is not available nowadays, GS self motor is not available nowadays and these are the few thing I came across.
If they had done some research or even copied Honda or Yamaha strategy, they would be in a much better position and they would have no need to increase prices every now and then. In current situation, there sales are low (and the reasons we all know very well). People are hesitant to buy. Aik tou yahan mostly loagon ko Suzuki ki bikes kisi tension say kum nahi lagtein oper say mechanic nahi hein, parts mehngay hein aur customer center is pathetic as always. They simply do not know how to deal with customer and there claims.
