First tuning includes:
cleaning of air filter
tightening of nut bolts
adjustment of tapets
lubrication (stand, chain, levers, cables)
race adjustment

To check the performance of bike, i took it from Islamabad to Gujar Khan.
Refueled from Attock Fuel station, H-8, Islamabad.
Total distance covered 130 kms without passenger
Max high speed attained 110 km/hr (I think it needs tuning from good mechanic )
Road condition was excellent and was clear.

My CG have done 100km / hr bt i havnt wnt to highway etc.. bike goes easily from 0 to 100km / hr in city

CG Dream is achieving very good top speed 110km/h is fast very good top speed
Turab bhai i think your can do 100+ also but as you said you have not
tested it on highway

Farhansa brother i want your more comments on CG Dream performance as such an high speed
was it stable at 100km/h what are your comments about engine sound & noise at those speeds
and is 100km/h very easily achievable?

couple of more questions hope you don't mind brother asking too many questions
how was your experience of this long drive with CG Dream
& did you feel any vibrations at 80km/h?

oh thats very sad still Ahl unable to solve that clutch noise issue its coming since 2012
when they did change in its engine since than this problem coming even 2014 CG classic
having this issue as CG Dream also have same engine so it also having this issue

Amjad bhai clutch box ka issue 2006 se a rha hai likin tb kam bikes main hota tha..likin ab to ye almost her cg main hi hai..is se to Acha mere pridor ka khatak sound hi tha

g han Bhatti brother mujhe bhi ab pridor ka qadar huwa hai waise mujhe itna experience nahein tha
lekin jab ab dekh raha hon CG ka engine dekho very bad clutch issue & khe khe sound issue aur knocking bhi
aur ab mere pass CD70 joke 2nd gear toh kattak karti h hai par 3rd mein bhi kabhi kabhi karti hai
en issues ko dekha jaaye toh pridor ka engine buhat acha hai power & economical
aur deluxe ka engine bhi zabardast hai no khir khir khee very smooth engine no knocking

this issue started in 2005 but most of the bike were repaired in warranty claim but after 2005 AHL stop accepting claim for clucthbox

strange went mandi 8 time trvel from bahadurabad to waterpump daily went to steel down twice still didn't saw any cg dream saw one cd dream on my way from bahadurabad to waterpump once

i can't say its not possible i have seen pridor headlight installed in 70cc's & 125's
so cg dream light can be installed in deluxe but usually installation mechanism of every
headlight is different like pridor & deluxe & cg dream and i guess atlas honda intentially
try to do this so that headlight don't become interchangeable in their bikes
