Orbital and rotary are different things, the rotary like Vauge 1 use is of sencan with RPM adjustments till 6k.. which is for rs 5500-5800 new box pack. along with plate for pads. if u need that let me know, Orbital is just a buff machine best for beginners it wont have any RPM adjustments.which is i think for 2500-3000 new one.

The Meguirs DA would cost you 23000-25000
Sencan Rotary as Shazo explained above would cost you 5000-6000
Simple Orbital from Metro would cost you 2000-2500
Buffer Pads from Meguiars would cost you 1500-2000 each.
i got one from Metro for Rs. 1,500...its orbital motion. but it has many cons. i would never recommend you guys to buy that one...
it viberates too much due to its circular orbital motion...its shape is different from the one in above grip...its grip is too bad, i literally feel very bad pain in my hands after just two three minutes of its use due to excessive viberation.
it's speed is fixed which is not suitable for every piece of car. some times i feel its too slow....
after using it for around 6 months, one day i used just a cloth and my hands to wax my car and i found that more easy than this buffer. Still then, its lying useless with me..
