Brother, I think we don't have to look for other's experiences as this is a case of common sense. How can a pen "remove" a scratch? A scratch is not a mark on the surface of paint but if you look at it on a microscopic level, it is actually a gap that is created between paint layers. This gap cannot be removed by a pen but needs to be filled.
Minor scratches can be removed or faded down because they aren't deep and I think a good polish is the best thing to use on them rather than this pen.
