If its your first time, turtle will be good for you. You should try their ICE range, good stuff.
Turtle ICE car wash, Turtle washing mitt, Turtle synthetic wax and Turtle Platinum precision wax are the products you should start with. The car wash gives me very good results when used with the mitt and the two bucket method (one bucket for car wash, the other having clean water for rinsing the mitt after doing a panel). It really gives a "just waxed" look but your car is old so it will need a clay bar to remove the contaminant build up over the years. Get either mothers or meguiars clay kit; the turtle one won't work for you. I've heard Meguiars clay is a bit more aggressive meaning more cleaning ability so get that.
The synthetic wax is a good sealant to start with. It comes with a microfiber and a sponge applicator. Easy to apply and goes on clear meaning no annoying white/powdery residue like other waxes. It is hard to buff out if you give more than 3 minutes drying time or if the panel you are waxing on is warm/hot or if wind is blowing. The precision wax is a carnauba wax meaning it gives deep shine and apply it at least 3-4 hours after applying synthetic wax. Now its your choice to use turtle detailer or anyother detailer spray. If you're getting a mothers/meguiars clay kit, use that detailer which will add protection and reduce dust attraction.
The All Interior Cleaner and Protectant is a great product i've used on an '05. It cleans dirty leather upholstery very well and also plastic door trim. It gives a matt shine (yes its true to an extent) when used to leather. I also used it to clean the interior roof and it got rid of my driver's dirty head spot. It can be used on rexian(sp) too.
