It is driven 78k and its in very good condition.

Nice to know that you can check the condition of an engine from pictures instead of starting or a test drive.The engine bay was cleaned a long time ago that's why its looking dirty..

The file with total documents of your car including purchase/sale history. This is supposed to be with the exise deptt, but you can get it from them for 1500 rupees in order to avoid its misplacement.

Yes the car is 14 years old and I don't know if its driven 78k or 300k, I am satisfied with it.I havent done meter tampering and I hate it.Even if the car was driven 500k I would've mentioned it too.
@ faheemboy and all others who have a doubt that the engine is not giving the image of 77k.

Nice to know that you guys can check the engine condition from its pictures without even starting it.This means if a car is driven 1000kms and its engine looks dirty so its not driven 1000 kms.And if a car is driven 3lac kms and the owner cleans the engine bay daily even if the engine is f***** up from the inside and it drinks oil and throw smoke..you guys will still say "man its looking very clean..it must be awesome"..lol..
