hello boys , its been a while since i did somthing .....
so now lets just do it ........
this time my project is a kicker 15"L7.
so lets start.
MOTIVE: well my motive is to get loud.. and obviously play it better then the others ....
LETS START: well the heart and soul of a sub system is the box. it is the main thing.
1) to start with kicker , it wasnt easy , first i had to find the specs of the New kicker L7. (the manual has almost nothing in it).
2) the box size i am going for is 14H , 36L , 25D ........ if u calculate it , its about 7.29 cubic foot!!! big huh? not really read on to see how it shrinks down.
3) the port i am using is a 6" wide port tuned to about 38hz.
4) so now after we minus the wood , port , sub displacment , we are left with 4.39 cubic foot . darnnnn soo small
5) so u see how quickly we went from 7.29 to 4.39... i was still hoping to get atleast 6 but i guess my car trunk is not tht big ........
stay updated for the rest of the updates...
