I would look for a more recent and cleaner version of the act.
To my knowledge, an acceptance of an offer constitutes a legal relation and probably becomes a contract. My objective is to address the issue where cars are on display, the visitor offers a price and if the sellers accepts that price then what? becomes binding and the offerer has to perform it.
Already said experts advice needed, but this is important.
