Here Goes - Sole reason for selling the car is that I am moving out of the country. Would prefer if the deal is done while i am here.
History - The car was purchased by a family friend in Islamabad back in 95. Came to Karachi in 2008 (hence never had rust). I got a stellar deal on a complete B16A with a manual transmission. I purchased the car in 2009. And the project began.
Exterior - Like any other 1995 civic although the car was on original paint in decent condition the overall car required freshening up (Pictures of car before paint available) No major nor minor accidents (Can be cross checked by the paint n body shop if required). Went with the original Sherwood Green Honda paint (Bottle Green). Brand new Windscreen / Headlights / Bosch Wipers / Bosch Horn/ Anti-theft - Keyless central locking. Nothing else was required. Entirely new bake paint & underbody rust proofing.
Interior - Not a single item out of place / broken or non functional. All A/C ducts flaps in perfect condition. All power window motors & accessories working. Additional only Volt meter added. New Upholstery Seats & Side panels (Pictures Given). Sound System NOT included! (Costs 150k)
Engine & Suspension- Complete engine swapped to JDM Spec. 1st Generation B16a OBD0. Mileage on new engine 20,000 with correct manual transmission. The engine with all sensors, gear, ecu, wiring were taken out by hand from a half-cut. Installed and tuned in 2010. Complete single piece un-cut wiring. All new engine seal kit. No leaks whatsoever. Upgrades include - CAI with K&N air filter, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Mini Compressor, Walbro In-tank fuel pump and complete fuel lines, New original JDM spec radiator, New AGS 65W battery, New Iridium Spark plugs & VMS Performance wires, Straight through 2.25' exhaust. Entire front end suspension and brakes package upgrade recently from a 1998 Integra. The car is being sold on stock rims and tires (As seen in pictures)

The car has never been drag raced or abused in any way! Great as a daily driver as it was meant to be. Always used Hi-Octane for fuel and changed oil every 2500kms. Waxed every 2 to 3 weeks and always kept covered.
