Finding a Cultus 2003 shall not be a problem even because here (isb/lhr) a 2002 model costs Rs. 350000 and you know Khi prices are cheaper. the only thing that irks me about it is it's uncomfortable seats, unsmooth drive and slow speed (cng version) to name a few.
As for Kia, availability of parts is not the issue but just the brand and the marketing done by Deewan has been so pathetic. this is a non technical answer m giving. Spectra once did point out something i've forgotten. as for my experience, a very close friend owned a brand new one. we used to be at the workshop (the original 3S Dealership) every two-three months.
i do not know why Aamer7 has suggested you not to go for ANY Suzuki. personal experience has time and again proven Japanese products to be the best for any car. i own a Corolla since `97 (had other Japanese cars before that too) and a friend owns a Swift (Jap version of Khyber). both have started giving engine problems only because of the cheap spares (oil, filiters, etc) we used to put but do keep in mind that all this has happened after nearly 200k km (both cars).
i cannot guarantee it's resale though. there is a member here selling one too, i saw yesterday. in case you do tend to go for it (since you've said you're not pushed about resale) and are wondering about it's price, why not give Babar Omar (a dealer in imported vehicles) a call at 03002242746 since he already provided hasnain2005 with one some time back last year?
