You should get Yokohama Advan DB 195/65R15 or 185/65 but getting it in 185 would be difficult as it is not coming in this size in most of the shops in Islamabad and Rawalpindi but 195/65R15 is surely available for Rs.9,000 from Asad Tyres, Rawalpindi!!!

You can search for this in market, if you don't get 185/65R15 in Advan DB then you can get C-Drive in 185/65R15 as 185 is a good size for the new City and 195 is also not bad either!!!

But these two tyres Advan DB and C-Drive are very comfortable and have excellent grip its just that C-Drive is slightly less comfortable and quieter than the Advan DB!!!

i searched for 185/65R15 but found None in RWP/ISB. so i had to go with
Yoko Adv 195/65R15. its the 3rd day today i& i am 100% Satisfied with them .
    Less noise
    More Grip
    Somewhat Improvment in Suspension.
& yes i just ruied my Suspension Warranty because of changing tyres

    hello,

sorry i didnt get it. what is ADVAN DB and C-DRIVE?

if i dont find 185 then go for 195? but isnt that wrong?

isnt 195 too big for a car and rims which supports 175? if not then i well get 195 if it makes the car smoother and grips more plus does not effect on fuel efficiency and suspension.

p.s. will i void warranty if i use tires other than 175?

yES , suspension warranty is void & i am using 195/65 R15 Yoko Adv on my 2013 Apire P/T
195 is the last line for 15" City/Aspire rims. its doing perfectly fine

Using anyother profile than Stock will ruin the Suspension warranty

These are the two Brands for TYRES
If you find 185, its Perfect just close your eyes & go for them BUT if none is avaliable than 195 are also just Fine & do the job well.
as i have mentioned above i have 195 & they are doin just perfect
Smooth, More grip , less noise.

195 is the red line limit for 15" on City/Aspire

I just feel like laughing, what warranty are guys talking about, name warranty is a biggest fraud in this country and what sorts of things can go wrong with suspension of brand new car and suppose God forbidden if something goes wrong then you think Honda will entertain you even if its still in warranty.

Anyway, for a 1300 c.c car, 185/65R15 is most appropriate size as going for 195/65R15 will hurt fuel economy. I don?t believe that they are sending this car with 165/65R15 size.

Brother your decision was 100% right...However if you very much wanted to go with the 185 size then you could easily get C-DRIVE in it as I am using this tyre in my City Aspire 1.3 Prosmatec but in 195/65R15 not in 185 and I am pretty satisfied with it...Just the downside is that pick is slightly less because as we all know that 195 is a bit heavy for the new CITY as 185 is for those who have a passion for good pick and more economy!!!

Now I am getting Yoko Advan for my 2nd Honda City manual after 2 days in 195/65R15!!!

and would you please share with me the price for the Yokos you got 3 days ago and also tell the shop's name...Thanks...I'd be highly obliged if you reply me!!!

its a 1500 CC honda city prosmatec.
my parents have a honda civic we bought that in 2008 and the next month its clutch plate was having issues and under warranty they said it does not cover. me and my dad were well pissed. i called japan Honda International sales centre aswell as japan. told them i am taking pictures of this and i am publishing in the news paper by tomorrrow the whole story and filing a case on Honda Atlas Pakistan. the very next morning Islamabad I-10 honda centre called my father and asked for the car.

They changed the clutch plate, the gear box aswell and kept the car for the next two days after fixing it so they could test drive it and makes sure it works perfect.

right i went to get tires today.

everyone tells me his own story at the shops.

every tire dealer is telling me to get 195 :@ i dont want 195

i want 185 65 r15 , because the car on paper supports 175 so if i want to go rogue i wouldl only go 10 more not 20 more.

am i thinking right? getting 185 will be a wise idea right?

tires easily available to me in islamabad are

    in size 185 65 R15

    Dunlop
    Bridgestone
Michelin (how to check they are original and unused) ?

dunlops in this size are around 7,500 (japanese)

    Bridgestone ( french ) 9,200

    micheline 11,000

which ones should i go for? kya scene hai? lol

The shopkeepers only advise you to go for 195 because they make more profit in it otherwise 185 to me seems a better size than 195 as it is not heavy for the car but honestly speaking 195 is also an ideal size for City or Aspire as for a 1300cc car like the Toyota Corolla XLI the standard size is 195 so the Honda City is more powerful and faster than the XLI as is produces more bhp and torque to aisa hona nahin chahiye ke 195 City ke liye ghalat size ho...Its my personal opinion...I maybe wrong or right!!!

Secondly I am using 195 in both my Honda Cities and I am not experiencing any issues so far!!!

and I agree with ali051214 that 195 is the redline for City...You shouldn't exceed this limit!!!

YES i totally AGRee with you, spending 1.8 Mil for a CAR & i sure hope its SUSPENSION will not be VOID in atleast 4,5 yearz . That was the reason changed tyres D time i had $.
& i also agree if still in warranty they (Honda/Toyota) will always find a way to say a big NO & make you believe that your CAR aint covered under Warranty.

Secondly I am using 195 in both my Honda Cities and I am not experiencing any issues so far!!!

and I agree with ali051214 that 195 is the redline for City...You shouldn't exceed this limit!!!
YES , i think your Theory is right about dis Xli relation, i think its right. thats y i also concluded 195 is RED line & i am also satisfied with my Choice.
