Default Honda City 2005 - RPM drop on A/C

I recently bought a honda city 2005 and it was driving fine until I took it to a mechanic for tuning. He cleaned the Throttle body, tappets were checked, plugs cleansed. Since after that, my RPM drops down till 100 and then revs up. It keeps doing this when I switch on the A/C. This ONLY happens when the car is IDLE.

It works fine while I am driving with no issues.

I am located in Karachi and I'd like to know the best mechanic I should visit. Also, what is the issue? Can someone please elaborate

I visited Honda Drive-in 3S Dealer 2 days ago, they refused to take the car because it has CNG installed. They told me as per their new policy, they don't allow CNG installed cars anymore.

Is your AC functioning and cooling properly? What did your mechanic use to clean the throttle body?

I visited a mechanic on Saturday and he told me that he needs to clean the throttle body. He asked for 1000rs and I agreed to pay the amount ONLY if my issue is fixed.

He remove the Air filter and pulled out the throttle body. He removed a black plug and there was a small instrument. I assume it was the IACV. He cleaned it and installed it again. The RPM issue seems to he have improved but still it drops. But the problem is rare now. But still it does happen.

The mechanic told me the I need to get my throttle body changed. I visited a shop at Aisha Manzil and he told me priced it at 2,000rs for the Kabuli one. He said this issue will get fixed and if it doesn't, I don't need to pay him anything.

PS: The mechanic who cleaned the IACV didn't charge me anything because the RPM still goes down.
