You need to check for a these of things:

    1: Advancer setting.
    2: TPS setting.
    3: IAC valve.

What kind of advancer you're running with your system? And also mention your idling rpms on Petrol and CNG. Is there any kind of jerking, bogging down or hesitation during acceleration at certain rpms?

One thing, the problem is only on cng.on petrol no problem,so i guess it has to do with cng .

Most of the times this situation is because of uncalibrated TPS and some times coz of IACV but since in your case its fine on Petrol and there is no haunting idling issue, hesitation, surge, or hiccups at certain rpms- we'll narrow it down to the Advancer then.

Do you have the green advancer/emulator installed, called the 'New CIP 4'?
With the car idling, look at the bottom of the advancer. There should be one or more green lights. If there is a red light instead, your advancer's potentiometer needs adjustment.

There is a very good write up, on how to adjust it, by this worthy fellow here:

    Good luck

Mostly this problem occurs when air blockage is high (through tape). In this condition car try to suck the more air through IAC and increase the RMP, then RMP controller generate the over RPM signal to ECU. then ECU adjust the RMP through IAC.
In short IAC not properly adjusting your RPM due to less air pressure. Change the air filter and use proper taping (to control the air).
