Default Aiming/targeting of headlights of Honda civic exi 2008

I own a used Honda civic exi 2006. Can anyone tell how or what is the method of setting the aim of headlights. As my headlights are not focusing correctly and sometime night visibility is poor as the lights are not correctly focusing on the road rather then one light goes upward while other falls at extreme left side of road. Do Honda civic headlights have adjustment screws to correct its aiming and is it possible to do it yourself at home. Please give me your valuable advice. Khawaja Jodat. Chemical Engr. Honda Pit stop at Wahdat road also have above mentioned equipment and charge a nominal amount.
I asked a lot of members for availability of this equipment in Karachi, but no one know its whereabouts.
