Thread: Scanner for civic 99-00 vti orial automatic.

    Default Scanner for civic 99-00 vti orial automatic.

    I have civic 99-00 vti orial automatic.

    I want to buy scanner for my car that read codes and other related real time information such coolant temp, milage etc like these.

    But I don't know that either my car has OBD1 or OBD2 interface and where it is located??? I couldn't find its location?????

    Can Any one know including @racerali that

    1. which interface either OBD1 or OBD2 my car has?????

    2. Also tell me its exact location where it is located???????

    Ans:- AS its an old car so we need Data link cable to On-board Diagnosis Cable

    In you car, where this port is located????? It is easy to find if you tell me????

    From circled area, it is cleared that two connectors are embedded in single big green connector. For connecting scanner, one pulls out the 3-pin connector from green connector and after diagnosing, that connector will re-insert in green connector. Am I right?
