I do own one '95 Civic EG with the 1.6L engine (the engine is still original). Its been with for quite a while now. The car is nice to drive, its spacious, handling is great, AC is awesome for its age (it works wonders on long drives), the exterior is also great, the interior still has that "new car" feel because its detailed almost every week. I learned to drive on that car and I simply love it. The engine has enough power to do a nice peel-out. I personally love the noise of the engine, its a joy to hear when you rev it. Ground clearance is also good, the mudflaps do hit the super-sized "speed-breakers" of our country. The car is extremely reliable and tough. The car has a sleek profile. For a car of its age, it still performs better than most of the PKDM cars on the road. Our car was driven almost 200KMs daily now it usually stays in the garage because we use the other cars we have. Fuel economy is very variable. In the city, with AC; the car will give around 7-9 KPL and without AC its 10 KPL. On the highway with AC, it will give around 13-14 KPL. Without AC, it'll give around 15-16 KPL. Maintenance is not a big issue, parts are readily available and our local mechanics can easily resolve most issues. The braking is also great, it came in handy in many places lol My car still feels like new, thank you Meguiars and Turtle Wax
