    Default Civic 2013 corrosion issues

Guys i have 2013 civic - recently i have noticed little corrosion near the battery area - like terminals, few nuts etc. i am still having original battery - kindly suggest what to do and how to control it

I have also noticed few nuts below battery area are also corroded and body earth is also connected with it - which i believe is also getting effected.

I think its more likely caused by battery acid. When the battery is charging it spills some acid out but that acid flows below the battery to the metal parts thus causing this. Maybe the battery is old and about to die. I maybe wrong but the only thing is causing it looks battery acid. Cheers

Don't wash engine area during car wash. Get it cleaned with pressurized air only. Also while adding distilled water to battery don't overfill.
