The procedure would be, day1: select your leather from samples. Imported or local thick or thin are the choices with some color variations which you can choose. He will stitch them in a day. The next day you will have to get all your seats removed along with door panels. He will leave the driving seat fixed and after some hours or later in the day when you go back he will start fitting and in the meanwhile do the driving seat as well.

A tip and suggestion: the stitching line on the door panel is hard to manage, have seen even misalignment on US and Thai pictures so go for plain door panel without stitch line as I did.

Unfortunately Atlas hasn't been offering good leather and that is why I recommend everyone not to get that oem leather. Its less than half leather anyway. Remaining is all Rexine/leatherite like on doors, sides and back sides of the seat. Added with not a neat pasting and stitching

Great stuff. If you can get it done in 15000 and very well done on a road side expert .. how good it would be if Atlas starts doing it in their factory and as an owner once you have a brand new car .. you are not thinking about projects of making things better.. this also included better quality tires.

Remember it will cost much less to produce quality seats as your in the factory or by vendor than someone getting it done on its own like you. At some point I will askeep you for high res pictures.

    Thanks

Wow this is looking really good. Specially the work on the front seats and arm rest looks excellent, the arm rest stitching feels premium. I would love to see before and after pics from same angle if possible? Or can someone take pics from the same angles for comparison purposes.

    Nice work!

Agreed, really hating the rear entertainment as it is ruining the armrest

Just out of curiosity I went to a few tyre shops to find cheaper tyres as spending another 35-40k currently for Yokohama Advan Db is hard for me as it doesn't feel good to let go and throw away BG for just 20k.

So at Cavalry main boulevard the tyre shop next to CSD had available a brand called Horizon for which the shopkeeper said is good and he was giving a warranty for 2 years and 40,000km. Charges were 18k in difference after adjusting BG. But upon my shakiness he offered me to change the tyres, drive the car to my satisfaction and pay if I am satisfied. Tyres were swapped and balanced and at the thorough test drive I really tried hard to convince myself that these are better than local BG but unfortunately they didn't convince me. Though the tyre rating was 93V and the feel of tyre felt soft but I have realised my WEHAM of BG not being good was wrong.

After the long and thoroughly detailed experience at the end I got my BG back on the rims. The guy was really nice and I insisted I want to pay him labour and balancing charges which he refused as he offered me himself to try them before buying but I still forcefully paid him.

Moral of the Story: keep BG Luxo they are more than okay for the price and not at all bad. It's just mental frame of thinking I wasn't feeling satisfied and they were hammering me. Better to utilize some of the value and change next year or 18 months down the lane. Availability of 215/55-16 will be more common by them and options will increase.

This is something which is yet to be explored. Honda guy told me that this tells when to change the oil. It automatically reads the driving habits of driver and based on speed, throttle, idle start frequency, weather and climate conditions. Based on which it calculates the time of next oil change. Don't know how much this is correct.

I discovered a new feature. While remote key in your pocket just insert the palm/ four fingers in door handle (no need to pull) and the cars gets unlocked. First time in PKDM!
