Honda charges around 5K for 80K inspection and were not willing to share the checklist beforehand , so just wanted to make sure if it's 'worth it' in my case, since as per my log nothing much is due @80K. Following is my car status:
1). Timing/Fan/PS belts changed @60K, next due @100K
2).Brake pads (along with front disc skimming) changed @ 55K, next due @80K
3).Brake/Gear/PS oils changed @ 55K, next due @95K
4).Radiator Service done @55K, next due @ 100K
5).Coolant change @ = 55K,next due @100 K
6).Tuning+throttle body service + plugs changed@ = 72K, next due @95 K
7).Injectors ultrasonic Cleaning done @72 K
8). Fuel filter - never changed and is not giving me any issues so far
9). PCV valve cleaning / replacement - Never done so far
10). Radiator hoses replacement- Not done so far though inspected at 55K and were absolutely fine at that time.
So I see following due at 80K
1). Brakes inspection/service ( and possible replacement)
2). PCV valve service and possible replacement. (Is it really required?)
3). Radiator hoses inspection and possible replacement
4). Wheel alignment + balancing.
5). Fuel filter inspection and possible replacement
6) Cabin filter inspection and possible replacement
Anything else that I am missing that needs attention / inspection or replacement at 80K?
Also how do you inspect whether fuel filter needs a replacement or not? as some members suggest changing it at 40 K, some at 80K and some when required. Asking Honda 3S is useless as they will always say change it at every 40K whether required or not!
