@scorpion80...i think civic's engine bay & chassis is not that weak afterall....if the new corolla can handle a 2.0D then i bet civics can do that too coz i dont think indus make different chassis for there diesel varients...n specially 95 civics have very strong chassis making it a very heavy car (with a curb weight of 1038 kgs with corolla xli 976 kgs)
U'll be needing to literally re-designing the chassis to install a diesel in civic...n after tat only the scrap yard will be the place where ur car will end up coz no one will buy a diesel civic...its a disgrace to this brand (for this i m sure)
comin back to the topic..at one place u say u need turbo n all..this means u need a performance package in ur car..on the other hand u directly go to diesel....pls clarify wat u exactly need outta ur car? asmooth relaxing ride tat takes u from a to b??? or a roaring revving maniac machine....in both case i dont think diesel fits as an option (atleast in a civic)..
guyz pls correct me if i m wrong
