Tape removed from air intake and car worked

Whenever i removed the car air intake tape/blockage which is installed by a CNG mechanic, my engine did not maintain itself in starting condition and it goes to stall. now i have consult with rehman CNG chorr chowk. i told him to remove all the blockage so that the car will be running fine on petrol. he removed all the blockage and done the setting in a way that my engine runs well. dont stall.

But my question is will it effect the setting for petrol in any way? and how he did this, i asked him but he was in hurry and didn't tell me. why other mechanics blocking air and this mechanic removed without complaining?

its pretty easy i have done ther same to my car as well just remove all the blockage and adjust the gas by power valve increase the gas flow n ur car will not stall

yes it works if car is tuned by a proper mechanic,no blockage is required

actually ur car would do better on petrol now
all he did was open up more gas to accommodate the extra air getting sucked in without tape

its easier to set and tune iddling issues etc with blockage in few cars. if ur car is iddling and behaving fine and giving the same avg, ur good to go without the blockage

my car is actually now idling well, and millage is also fine, its mean that this setting is good. what if the extra gas coming from the kit? any harm? and will it effect my millage on long root.

if the mileage in local is fine, it would be fine on long as well.
no harm done at all, actually ur car would perform better on petrol as i said before

no he did't, he just set a knob. first he asked me to start the engine i replied that engine will stall because i removed the tape, he told me that engine will not stall, so i start the engine and he suddenly move the knob in one go, and the engine did't stall. then he adjusted the idle control knob.
