The engine is 1.3 (carb'd) of a 95 corolla xe.
On starting on CNG in the morning, the car runs fine (choke is disabled but runs fine anyways). Idling is fine. Drive is good.
As it warms up idling speed increases slightly.
When engine is fully hot (to the point where auto radiator fan might kick in) the idle drops sharply, engine shakes a lot and ultimately stalls.
If I unscrew the A/F mixture screw on the kit a little, idle is once again good but then drive under load sucks, and next morning the car wont idle good, it will stall. So to prevent stalling in the morning, i will have to use the AF mixture screw on the kit and screw it in once again to get good idle at cold and good drivability. Once it gets fully hot, cycle starts all over again!
Anyone know what the heck is going on here?? Im sick of this problem, its been bugging me for ages. Any mechanic I find just plays around with tuning. Nobody seems to know whats wrong here?
Maybe the experts would like to take this challenge?
EDIT: this is the kit installed:
