The JAC B15 Heyue will be introduced in Brazil as J5, which will go on sale in July next year. The J5 will be equipped with a 125 hp 1.5 16V engine and a five-speed manual gearbox. JAC showed an electric version at the Salão do Automóvel São Paulo, which will not come to the Brazilian market before the government provide incentives for electric vehicles.

The JAC B15 Heyue RS will be introduced in Brazil as J6, which will go on sale in August next year. The J6 will be available as five- and seven-seater, with a 2.0 16V engine & 136 hp.

JAC will launch the 1.8 liter version for Heyue sedan called B18 with automatic transmission. By now it was only available with 1.5 liter engine and manual transmission. The launch is expected by the last quarter of this year.

For some reason the grander Chinese cars dont come here, perhaps mafia is preventing it and the Japanese using their clout as well.

JAC Heyue officialy entered Brazilian market earlier this year named as JAC J5. JAC, alongside other Chinese manufacturers, have received a warm reception from Brazil and the Latin American market as a whole. The manufacturer released its Tongyue and Tongyue RS cars, renamed J3 and J3 Turin, respectively, in the Brazilian market last March, and is planning to release the Heyue RS as well, renamed J6, in August. The Tongyues reportedly managed combined sales of 37,725 units.
