love to see your comparisions and comments on which of the two you prefer and why?

this is not necessarily a galant vs accord war starter rather an appreciation thread for these titans. Both are just so awsome they leave you in awe once you see them in their prime state and class.

Even though the CL9 has the class and the refinement but there is something about the Galant that always wins me over, its just the look of that thing. Have always loved it.

its a shame mitsubishi did no effort after the 2003 vr4 . their last shape was in 2004 which was a flop. the shape posted here is a legend

276 hp awd twin turbo 2500cc mitsubishi galant...very powerful then a cl9 ofcourse, no match in performance, galant wins hands down. You should compare a normal 2500cc galant with the cl9, not the vr4, cl9 doesnt come close to a vr4.

Looks wise, its the taste of the person, galant is very agressive looking shark shape face. While cl9 has the urban mordern sophisticated look.

Both cars are comfortable, but as some one above said, something about the galant wins me over

The VR4 was a great AWD car. CL9 is wrong wheels drive hence the comparison is invalid.

Outside country I see new model of Galant and Accord so galant is reliable but the interior looks rough and hard also the shape is not attractive, mostly rent a car companies own it but Accord is loved by many people and has very fine and finished construction, both are japanese but Accord wins in new model, as you posted galant pictures this model is good looking.

I agree with the brother above that new galant launched in foreign countries is not so attractive, the new model i think has left the old legacy shark shape of the galant. They should come back with the old known shape.

I miss my shark. It was the best car i have ever driven. No comparison with CL-9 if power isnt only the issue and I mean it, coz kept both. Fuel economy was superb, the car really felt like a car not those tall design, road handling was amazing and yes the design is ever green. Q bhai Amar do you agree??/

don,t say vr4 and cl9 in one sentence ..... vr4 is a 2.5 twin turbo all wheel drive Monster.... the only honda that could keep up would be a NSX .....
the galants we usually see are not vr4 they are either 2000 or 2500 cc front wheel drive cars .... galant vr4 are rare, one was recently for sale on PW
