the problem is that 2nz-fe(1300cc) engine is as far as i know only marketed in pakistan in this chassis corolla, hence it will be very difficult to find branded bolt on exhaust systems, though CAI will be a lot easier to source
its all about power to weight ratio...

    Sir

you cannot and should not do anything with your car unless you go for a complete engine swap.

Reason is that no matter how good you tune your car or do MODS, you cannot make a 84HP engine to produce 120HP.

So in real world if you will be racing with an Altis or VTI, it would be very difficult for you to catchup.

Anyhow, try Optimum motorsports at Zamzama.

go for Intake Iridium Plugs,2" downpiping wth 2" or 2.25" muffler and use Hi octane will have good output. Can further go for Raizin Voltage Stablizer and dont use oversize heavy tyres n alloys although get light weight alloys. Will save fuel as wll

No offences but nothing much can be done a better option would be swapping to VVTi L coz the 1300 one which u have is simply gutless. some people even claim they can beat the new corolla with a Chevy .8 L.

    @srtabani

bro for autocross its not all about having more power ..you need to work on alot of area
    as you have 2010 corolla

1....run the car on high octane
2....if weight redution is allowed...use fiber trunk and doors with all non racing stuff out
2....use racing seats...which not only help you reduce weight plus u batter position while racing
3....Get custom made inatke throtle body(ITBs) with air direct out from hood..will add above 10hp
4....good headers with 2 inch piping will we a good match
5....hard springs with low ride hiehgt will do wonders ....rolla is happy tail on fast corners
    6....use racing stearing
    7...use after market plugs,wires
8...use wider tyres and light weight rims
    9...use roll bars

    its 85 hp....with around 124nm....

but still for you....power out on indus motor in not in Hp.. its in KW...so if you convert KW into Hp..it will be 85
in KW it will be 63@6000 rpm
in HP it will be 85@6000 rpm

bro finding original stuff will be tuff.....but you can find piping around easily

if you cant find the complete setup then do the following

place an after market intake ..and move in unber bumper on place it by removing front head light....this will give you fresh cold air and will help alot

use an exhaust tip..and remove cat and middle exhaust ..and keep the stock piping

cuz if you used piping wihtout headers.above 2 inch..this may result in low back pressure....which may give you advantage over high end...bu will decrease your acceleration in first gear....

spending so much on brand new xli in order to get serious performance out of the weedy 1.3L is not cost effective. you're better off leaving it alone and building another project car with an engine which has some traces of torque.

however if you MUST use this chassis then you can only follow what rozzzz has said as there are pretty much no more options.
