If a devoted Altis lover like myself have serious considerations of not going for another Indus vehicle, these are just the kind of goodies meant to attract/divert customers from going the JDM route.
I'm fighting against the "Zero meter" virus, having found that 2 mil+ JDM's make our beloved Altis/Civics, etc look like a "Carry dabba" inside out. Let's see if I manage killing the virus or not, or if I again opt for a "carry dabba" with Navigation, I just can't say anything, don't have me hung up, lolz!
More than a Navigation system, Indus should have worked to offer immobilizer option instead, or even portable ECU box installed with grips and wires inside the glove box compartment, in view of it being the most stolen 2 mil vehicle in Pakistan. I doubt such measures would cost any MUCH more than the 60K Nav system being offered, and even if it does, they damn heck owe it to their customers.
After mine was stolen some 4 weeks back, 2 more in adjoining colony have been stolen. It is heard that cars are going the Afghan route, transformed to Diesel cars, now where does the brand new 2011 gasoline engine end up, just tell me, nobody needs 2011/2012 spares, do they? Oh yeah, it just appeared to me, perhaps they do!
In any case, that's another good "toffee" introduced there by Indus, yet exactly toffees create cavities, with respect to empty car porches in the morning lolz!
Will let know of my decision, let's see.
Regards.
