Default Corolla 2002 se saloon pickup issue, help req

Aoa , I have Toyota Corolla 2002 se saloon manual/t cng. I'm facing this issue from the very first day I bought this car. Engine sounds good when you accelerate in non-moving state but has unbelievable low pickup. I'm tired of getting it checked every next month but no luck, went to my old mechanic & he said it's something related to valves & something called dabbu & said it has to be adjusted with lait machine. Ab yar I've seen you guys helping out each other and I really want k ye manhoos masla khatam hojaye. Car average is 65 to 70km/cylinder without ac. Now you can imagine
Guys please yar help me out.

There could be a few reasons; CNG leakage, which doesn't allow full amount of fuel to reach the engine or it needs tuning of the peak power. Also get your cylinder and kit drained of the unwanted oil.

you have to check cylinders one by one, most probably one or some of your valves need replacing, happends to the se-saloon every 80k to 100k KMs on CNG.
