the best batteries for japanese and old european cars are the old lead antimony batteries. Most people here in the USA complain of the american batteries not lasting long in them (usually wrong style too).
Using correct specification always lasts longer. Try to find a shop that sells new panasonic or Yuasa batteries which are shipped dry. Make the electrolyte yourself.
This would be really hard to do nowadays in KSA but give it a shot.
p.s. at the 1 year mark pop off the fill cap plate on your battery and test the SG - top up with distilled water as required, the heat in KSA takes its toll on the batteries.
