Dear CNG is designed to run on engines, not engines are designed to run on CNG. You can run an internal combustion engine on CNG including diesel.

Dono y people curse cng. Its just an alternative fuel guys nd In many contries cars r equiped with ff cng.
Anyway i have seen mercs nd v8 lamd cruisers fueling cng so ur toyota can surely be driven on cng
