Default Best Fuel for Toyota Corolla Grande CVT-i 2016 Premiere or Hi-Octane?

Hello, I have booked a brand new Corolla Grande 2016 I'm a bit confused which fuel should be best for this car "Premiere or Hi-Octane"? I am abit confused because I want to use Hi-Octane in it but I want to if it will cause problems in engine or shall i stick to Premiere?

you can use it. but doubtful it will make any noticeable difference to engine health. best solution is to mix em up in 80 and 20 ratio 20% hi octane. These engines are designed to run with normal premium that has a average octane rating of 87. hi octane with rating of 92 will have no negative effect on engine. problem comes when as this being Pakistan we dont get even 87 octane premium rather a lower one. same might be the case with hi octane it might not be 92 but will be atleast 89 etc so in that case hinoctane can give u edge. swifts engine is very a sensitiveto octane rating if lower than 87 ish it starts to knock . i dont use that pump afterwards and add few ltrs of high octane engine stops knocking. the advantage of high octane comes into play in high compression engines (sports car) . where you dont want fuel to partially prematurely combust under compression (like in a diesel). on a side noteb, civic x turbo requires high octane in Pakistan mainly because of low standard premium fuel we get in Pakistan.

Your engine is not made to run on Hi Octane. It uses unleaded gasoline 87 ron.
