Good idea...

Can the other controls be used for anything else, for example for lights, rear view camera etc? What I have noticed is that they are the kind of switches that remain in contact once they are pressed and not continuously, whereas, fog lights need continuous power through the switch... Perhaps, a relay could do the trick...

he jst used the buttons, he didnt swap the steering. see the doner steering looks stitched while the OEM is plastiky

+1.The OEM is plasticity and this one looks somewhat leather

Yeah last time installed in my Altis 2010 manual with Pioneer 4250SD player. Wooden steering i got in 15000 rs and old one given back to Bilal Gunj. The steering is 100% new and stretch less. I am sorry i dont have picture for said steering because after some days i sold my car. I charged steering extra from buyer. You can get other accessories like Optitron meter, Retractable mirrors etc from bilalgung.

Some days ago i add audio controls in Civic stock steering. Now working perfect with FF Navigation. Buy used Japanese steering from Bilal Gang Cost 10000 rs. I didn’t take pictures during modification, but if you people think it’s useful or someone need any guidance or need any help then i will post the complete project step by step.

these r working fine with 6cd changer
& rockmars dvd systems

but i hav problem finding audio control pins in steering audio jack of oem navigation

For grip to grip / without cutting wires etc....I guess it only works in Civic Oriel

The clockspring of iVTEC / VTi has just two pins :-!

Dont know about City's clockspring!

For the installation in VTi; I think its evident that we need Oriel clockspring as well
