one piece of very valuable advice, please do not lose any fastener (nut/bolt) this car originally has, look up some vintage mercedes forums for help. You will need a bunch of parts like the entire suspension rebuild kits, shocks, spring pads, mounts etc, and all can be had from outside Pakistan easily. For bodywork do make sure that your denter knows how to work with sheetmetal, meaning he should not burn off the paint from the skin - but rather use paint stripper to peel it off.
Heckflosse (fintails) are rare as is - and keep this one sentence in mind (THERE IS NO CAR MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A CHEAP MERCEDES).
It means that a mercedes can be maintained regularly for extreme longevity but a neglected one is not cheaply restored to its original glory. It takes money, passion and determination to make upto the OE quality of MB. Be prepared for spending whatever is required, because some OE (MB star) parts are NLA for this car and you either have to buy them from some classic retailer or put up with imitations which can or cannot be upto MB standards.
