What a beauty!!!
If you're going for white it has to be powder coat and if black it needs to be normal paint, wet sand, polish, lacquer coat 1, bake, wet sand, polish, lacquer coat 2, bake.
That will give it a really nice deep luminance.
In my opinion every single R27 I have seen has been black with the tobacco saddle,
I'd be inclined to go for that old english white type shade, it just looks more classic and classy, brings out the detail more while black seems to suppress the detail.
