Hello guys I m back with another innovative Engine Control inspiration and new PW ID.

Now its possible to run challenging complex Model-Based Engine controls with this ECU powered by LabVIEW. Designers can do real-time implementation, rapid designing and development of an engine control unit (ECU) that comprises of all advance engine control technology. Thanks to interpolation technique that makes it promising to extract a position precision up to 0.5 degrees with just 7 teeth crank wheel.

Project Nature: Hobbyist / Research Project.
Difficulty Level: Intermediate any one can make it.
Project Completion Time: Just 1 week.

Yeah this ECU will work with almost any EFI Engine. Just u need dynamo-meter setup for proper Engine Tuning in order to extract maximum juice. as this is a self made ECU so no restrictions or limitations nothing u can tune it in away way

U mean Schematics, PCB Artwork, Source Code & components value?? Or u want methodology or working principle.
Yup i can reduce the size by deploying SMD parts & 2 layers PCB but its a lil time consuming process & its recommended only if u r doing mass production. As i said before its a hobby/research project.
it cost me less than 3K

That ECU is just like a black box u cant do anything with it.

My dear when u build something u learn a lot so its better to learn black box hidden technology instead of purchasing black box.

With self made ECU u can play with it by burning different maps or set of non linear equations etc. even one can do Phd in Engine Controls by implementing Model-Based Engine controls or advanced sliding mode controllers etc.

Btw i am not selling anything over here just sharing my DIY hobby/Research project with PW ECU lovers.

I am not asking to provide any stuff related to schematic's pcb artwork, and not the technology becaus it is the job of electrical engineer's like you so let me keep my leg's in one boat already had taken the panga of launching the EC-1 and CNG HYBRID SYSTEM so every day managing my installation and troubleshot team's for handling the increasing no of customer's so can you build an piggy back which can control outputs of different sensors to modyfy them and take results out of it can provie you with some hint's. so just need your device and your cooperation.

Hold on a minute. IF you EC-1 device works as you claim, then WHY would you need another device to control outputs of different sensors?

licensed labVIEW cost is $2500

Labview is just a graphical programming language (like C) with that u can build any app

Please be careful and remove references to LabView as much as is possible, just to reduce your potential risk.
