My first ever diy on PW

Material required

150 grid sand paper(waterproof)
Spray paint cans 1 for each wheel
& a deck of plastic cards yesca deck of cards.

Cleaning

Sanding

Preparation... now you see why deck of cards

All were done in the same way.

Not bad, not bad at all! I started with the thread and when I got the the original wheels I thought Oh my God this will not end well, but seeing the wheels in their new color, they actually look fine.

Use some hard lacquer among all, it will make the paint more durable. Good work tough!

Guys btw this was just an experimental project it was my first attempt painting wheels. Next plan is that once the paint on wheels is not in good condition then i will use some paint remover to remove aĺl the paint & then will use some good quality base coat and will use paint with hard lacquer. Any suggestions on that will be appreciated.

is it good to use paint remover on wheels??

Paint remover doesnt hurt the surface so you should be good to go. Apply a couple of coats of paint remover and leave it for a few minutes and then wash it off with a brush.

Use mild thinner as these aerosol paint remove s easily dont use paint remover as this will remove original paint n primer

Now i am confused between paint remover and thinner.

Paint remover is just used for removal of paint whereas thinner is used for thinning the viscosity go to any paint shop tell them to give plain (sadha)thinner
