Okay soo i was going thru Youtube n found this video on how to make angel eyes at home... =D its really cool =)

The plastic tube which can be used for this purpose is generally used with window blinds at offices or homes. That transparent stick or wand that you use to turn the angle of blinds. If its pentagon or hexagon in shape, just make sure that using dremel or blade only one side has the slits.
