Aoa everyone .last week i got my khyber's engine overhauled for the first tym .its 1998 model .this car is wid us from day 1 .driven 215 000 km on petrol.it was eating oil .approximately i had to add 700ml of oil after 1000kms plus valve seat s were finished .
it took 4 days to complete this.main focus was to clean the engine parts as much as possible .
total parts costed me around 34k.(pictures attached).bought genuine clutch n pressure plate instead of fcc brand .piston of art brand .geniune rings,changed all the mountings as they were broken .gear lever kit ,genuine oil cap ...geniune timing belt ,timing + clutch bearing of ntn ,flywheel bearing ,axel seals .
Engine oil havoline formula 10w-30 ,changed the gear oil with zic (2.5 l) ,3 litres zic coolant ,vic oil fitlter ,guard air filter .these things costed me around 5600.
