Production Class Rules & Regulations
These rules will be applied in all categories for Production Class.
Production Classes are determined the same way we have other prepared classes, which we have been running ever rally season as per engine cc capacity, however 2700 cc petrol vehicle in Production Class will be classified in B-Stock of Production vehicles.
Production Class means, those vehicles, which are in factory-produced condition in all respects. No after market or manufacturer racing upgrades are permitted in Production Class vehicle.
However keeping in view that there is no compromise on Safety Rules, Production Class racing vehicles will have the following equipment installed and mandatory.
? Rollover Cage inside the Vehicle.
? Factory Seat Belts.
? Fist Aid kit.
? Fire Extinguisher.
Following list of items is permitted as per the preference of the driver.
? Shock Absorber:
Single after market Shock Absorber fitted to the original mounting points with out any alteration to the original bracket. Re-mote canister shocks and by-pass shocks are permitted provided they mount in original mounting point.
? Springs:
Aftermarket Spring is permitted but must mount in standard position. Front coil-over springs and spring seats may be changed to enable shocks and springs kits to be fitted in the standard upper & lower position.
? Snorkel:
Snorkel can be installed in Production Class vehicles.
? Rear Seats:
In order to Install Rollover Cage inside the Production Class vehicle if required you can remove rear seats of the Rally Vehicle.
? Rally Seats for Driver & Co Driver with 4-point harness
These can be installed if the Driver may prefer.
New Rule additions:-
? Bump Ups in classes:
Bump ups between any stock or prepared classes are not permitted any more moving forward.
? Engine Replacements:
Vehicles with the same engine cc swaps will remain in their running stocks as before, however any other additions like Turbo, Superchargers and ECU replacements or any other option used to increase the performance of the replaced but same cc engine can change the stock of the vehicle. Kindly do consult with NMS before installations of such additions to avoid any wrong classification on your part.
? Anti Sporting Spirit:
Any drivers found intentionally miss declaring any technical data in registration form can be banned in the same Rally plus other future Rally?s.
