^^ As a very close freind of mine said after seeing Pakistani repairs.. Mechanics in Pakistan are "parts fitters" they do not repair anything - just replace. As Toyotas are adundant in Pakistani scrap junk - their parts are plentiful so mechanics just go about replacing, that kind of work renders the machine in less than standard service spec.
There is a fine line between them - e.g. you can install a diesel pump to an engine and whack it to adjust by ear - that is called replacing part as there is no datum to execute 100% correct installation, OTOH repair is timing it correctly with correct tools.
