hie all... well i hv jst installed my home use subwoofer which is of 220v in my cultus...a battery of 12v ovcourse....
and the result is just awesome.. see in the pics below dat hw dis become possible...
just bought a sda500 500watt dc/ac power invertor....
giving the pure sine wave.. and high efficiency....
i hv aslo put a 450watt load on dat invertor but not nw....
whole setup cost me abt 1800rs...:P...
and dis setup is easily portable for both car and home....

yeah it is.. and u can charge ur cellfones and laptops ..cz it has 2 plugs...:)...
m using dis setup for abt 3 months ... still no complain ..

@ liana rules.. this is working absolutely fit n fine...no danger of invertor to b warm or short circuit.. dere is a breaker inside it which automatically turns it off...
also it depends on ur sub.. how much power it takes..

yeah man kamal chez to hai bt jab 2 sub lagen gy to r b good ho jygi... lol.. tomorrow i`ll plugin both subs and try to make a video of sound quality .. i knw 4 guys having geniun subs and amps in cars dis setup is of no imp..

under heavy braking or accident (God forbid) the woofer will come flying and hit passengers.. bolt it down to something solid.
