    @datzburier
do'nt you think that if someone wants to sell his product, he must show the product he is offering... I cannot understand the display of unfinished Revo at Adam showroom. It's been months and they hav'nt replaced the display car with finished one.
What you think about such marketing srategy? As for so many 1st impression is the last impression.
I myself am in contact with Adam walton and they promissed to phone me as soon as they get the final finished car. But it's been so long wating.
I think they have launched the car without having enough production capacity to meet the requirement of karachi alone.

At first the salaried people like me at first do'nt have the money to pay for high price + own money of crap car like mehran.
But when a little light comes in form of Adam Revo, I still am at place I was earlier i.e, waiting, waiting and waiting and not getting what I want (Even with the amount to buy in my hands)

Adam Revo is indeed a ray of hope. The company has just started. They must be working hard to make sure that all of their customers get their cars in time but they are burdones with orders. The response of the Pakistani public was overwhelming. In Karachi I see Revos are everywhere. InshaAllah the other cities will have their share of this wonderful car soon.

Somebody can tell me as why there is no Revo 800cc with A/c + CNG ?
    Is there any technical reason?
What will happen if some one installs CNG in Revo 800cc with A/c?

Congrats xlnc786 for your brand new REVO. Enjoy the ride. When had you booked it and from where? Looking forward to have the feedback from you on Revo.

I think Adam Motors must immediately start taking steps for enhancing their production capacity manifold. Going by the response of Revo users, I believe Pakistani has a market for 20k-25k Revos per annum.

I love to see the Revo pictures, It is a great design. The car needs initial support from Paki people lest it would be difficult to the Manufacturer to come up with improved models and do away with the initial problems which a new car would always face. I wish that the Indian Govt opens its doors for Paki products and some of us could see this great car here in India. Indeed, I would also like the Indian OEM giants like TVS, Rane, Sona, Lucas, Mico, WIL, Escorts and soooo many others to become the OEM supplier to Revo for its future models.
I would consider it as a great leap forward and very couragous attempt in the land of Imported Toyotas, Suzukis, Hondas etc
Upwards Onwards, when the going gets tough the Tough gets going.

sir u have made a very good decision by replacing ur mehran with REVO. its great that a lot of people have gone for REVO because its the best in its class. The parts availability of REVO is as good as Mehran's. some parts cost even less than Mehran because the owners of Adam motors manufacture parts for other Assemblers as well. The people that have used this car are happy with its performance. the car was tested on Pakistani roads by the company before being launched. the car ran well with normal wear and tear.

Saad Bhai, nice to hear about your decision to sell Mehran and Buy Revo.

Altough I do not own Revo yet, but I have searched Adam Motors very much in depth for almost a year now, so I think, I am in a position to answer your questions....

    About spare parts.
This car uses 70% local parts, meaning the parts like brakes, shocks, all the basic parts that are in a mehran, are interchangeable with Revo, except ofcoures, the Engine and the gearbox.

Engine in Revo is much better and more advance than Mehran. Revo has a 4 Cylinder, 8 Valve engine. Mehran only has 3 cylinder 6 valve engine, with less quality and reliability. Revo's engine is currently being imported from China, from a company called WULING. Wuling also supplies engines to General Motors of USA, for their cars being made in China. So if GM of USA, number 1 automaker of the world, can trust Wuling, then Wuling is a trustworthy company.

And another thing. Adam Motors owner also owns Jibran Engineering Company, which makes many spare parts that are supplied to Suzuki, and other car assemblers. So, Revo, has some parts that are even 30% to 40% cheaper than Mehran. Just to give you an example, the headlight of Revo is about 1/2 the cost of Mehran's new crystal lights.

The spare parts are available, thru 3S dealerships, thru out Pakistan.

Fuel efficiency in 800cc is same as Mehran on CNG. 1000cc is ofcourse more bigger engine, so you can compare the 1000cc with Suzuki Cultus or Khyber.

Saad Khan bhai, thanks for your kind words. About your questions, the engine on this car is very similar to any other 800cc car. All engines are for small cars like Mehran and Revo are very basic and have very similar internal parts. Any mechanic can easily fix them. Multan is not a small city Saad Bhai, I am sure you will find a good mechanic if needed. But why worry brother, you are interested in buying a BRAND NEW CAR. This is why people buy Brand New Cars over older cars. You can buy a used Toyota Corolla 82 or 84 model for about 3 Lakh, but You will get a USED car, and always have to worry about fixing that, but in case of Revo, you will not have to worry for atleast first few years about any serious engine problem.

The basic Maintenance is very important.

If you keep in mind to always warm up the engine every morning. Do not race the engine too much when car is not moving. Never redline, the engine, meaning in some cars the Revolution Per Minutre, Techometer, RPM Meter, indicates when you are racing the engine too much. So, if you are careful driver you can avoid alot of problem by just driving sensibly. And always change the engine oil and oil filter after every 5,000 kilometers. This will keep your engine running like new for a long time.

About the suspension. This car has very sturdy, good suspension. The back suspension is Leafspring(Kamaani system) with shock absorber. Meaning, you can go thru speed bumps and bad road conditions without damaging the Rear suspension, just like Suzuki Pick Up, that has leafspring. The front suspension, is strut with coil spring. This is also very strong, and sturdy. I have not seen Kamaani system, leafspring in the front of any car, except KIA Seres Pickup, in Pakistan. That makes the ride very rough, but extremely sturdy. But Strut and coil spring, like in Revo, is standard and any mechanic can fix it easily.

This car has Steel beams, running under the front fenders and door pannels. Very strong, I don't think even Suzuki Cultus, or other small hatchbacks in Pakistan have such safety features.

Caution is always is the best way. Drive carefully and watchout for other's mistakes, you can avoid alot of problems by just driving carefully.

About the booking of this car, Rawalpindi/Islamabad now have a booking office, near Pir Widhai area. I think Multan also may have one. Please check the Adam Motors website for details on Dealerships and booking.

    Good job Abidsiddiqui bhai.

Yeah, why did they have other cars, and imported one's if they were keeping the Revo as well.

What about there regular Adam Dealership there. There must be one, that solely sells the Adam Pick Up, The Jeep, and now the Revo. There are many small dearlerships, one room office, that used to sell just Kia Seres and other Kia Maal, I had visited 10 years ago or so, why not Adam Motors opening just a small office with these three vehicles. The Adam Pick Up, The Boltoro Jeep and the Revo. I am sure they will receive a good response from the twin cities, there is a good demand of all these vehicles. A good marketing strategy is needed, as most of the people in Pindi Islamabad have not even heard of Adam Motors company in general. Only in Karachi people know about Adam Motors. A good marketing campaign is needed there. They can sell their Jeep well here in Norther areas, Murree, Peshawar, etc. They have been trying to sell it in Karachi, where there is not a big market for Jeeps.

They need honest people to run there dealerships. Pindi, Islamabad dealership can also service all the other smaller cities around like Peshawar, Texila, Hasan Abdal, etc. that are just withing 100km range. There are many small village communities like Rawaat, that has a lot of need for the Transportation. The Adam Pick Up converted into a VAN, can serve as a good transportation solution.
Permanent positive change (in your life, or the society) with proper planning occurs slowly. While without planning any change becomes a disaster rather quickly. Said by Whocares...
