Good to see a new model trying to make it in Pakistan, while we Pakistanis could NOT do it ourselves, make our OWN car, that is.
Malaysians have tried the better approach toward their own auto industry. This 728,000 price tag may seem impressive and reasonable. But if you really take a closer look at this car, its NOT brand new model. This car was basically Made in 1980s, off from the Mitsubishi Galant I believe, the 1984 or 1985 model, 100% copy, when Malaysians started learning how to make their own National car. Just like we started assembling the Suzuki FX back in 1983 or so. The only difference between us and Malaysians was that they picked Mitsubishi and they chose a bigger car, a sedan, and we picked Suzuki FX the smallest car at that time, when trying to learn how to make a Car of our own. The Malaysians succeeded and their countrymen and government supported them 100%. While we are still NOT able to make the new version of FX the Suzuko ALTO, 100% in Pakistan. We only are able to make 70% of its components in Pakistan.
Why can't we do anything RIGHT in Pakistan. Whether its Malaysians, Iranians, Indians, Chinese they all have been learning and trying to make a car of their own, and they ALL NOW have a National car of their own, and they all started the same time as we Pakistanis did.
WHAT is wrong with us. Are they all BETTER Students than us, when it comes to learning or WHAT??? Why did we FAIL in making a Car of our own????? I don't think Pakistanis are any less intelligent than any of the other Asians, what do you guys think?
We ateast had some good start Ups and some Reasonable hope but got choked on the way due to host of complexities, i.e. (Adam Revo (2005), Proficient Pick Up (1988), etc.)
