Thanks for your response,
The problem is, if I get scammed like countless people have been in payorder scams, I m not getting hold of that recorded line conversation to drag the bank in court.
The point is, whenever such a scam has taken place, the banking management has always found to be involved. They just verify it verbally on spot, the person recieves the payorder, and then when he goes to the bank the bank says that your pay order is jaali.
There must be absolutely some way to get approval of authentication of the payorders, that once it is recieved, the bank doesn't back out. If the lines are recorded, audio conversations do not represent as a proof in court. Yes videos are to a extent legitimate to be believed as a proof in such scenarios.
I have confirm with the statebank regarding their policy and now I plan to drag both bank al-falah, and MCB in this matter who refuse to authenticate the payorders.
As this payorder scam has become a nusiance lately, I know many people getting scammed by means of jali payorders, that get verfied verbally, and later denied by the banking officials with an absolute no liability.
This matter shall get escalated inshaAllah.
