guys a small story
1- was continuous problem in brake system of 1500kms done CD100
2- when approached Dealer/warnty shop they forwarded to Atlas Mozang link road office, but they did not defended me themselves, as they said that there is damage because of low quality of Drum material, so its a waranty issue
3- honda people said that as the tire has been changed n its wider than stock n one said it creates vibration, so NO Waranty for drum,
4- because of PBC trip i decided for repair myself, the Kharadia n local old mechanic declared low quality Drum
5- discussed with President during trip
6- contacted Atlas Honda top managment
7- Atlas Honda Customer Sev Manager contacted us and solved the problem by replacing drum n nrake shoE also.
SO, ALHAMDULILLAH PBC GOT SUCCESS n was able to get things done as expected, do u know y
as its a united community, otherwise when u hav done the work urself so, there is no waranty, but the way we did was different, we had clear photographs of every step, BEFORE OR AFTER ETC ETC SO THAT THEY COULD KNOW EVERYTHING.
you can call us if you hav some problem and the manufacturer is not entertaining you, do let us know if you have the right but its not entertained.
RESULT: no company wants to create problem for its customers \its the human resource or face attached with it, Atlas Honda did well, when it came to know the issue.
