Question Antiglare glasses for riding bike?

    hi
i was having some problem with my glasses as it gave me headaches .. so it was time to ge a new number .. went to doctor and my number was changed i inquire about antiglare and he said its good for driving and pc use .. though nowadays monitors crt/lcd has itself excellent antiglare coatings .. he said it reduces glare from lights ..
so i went for these .. a good quality plastic normal (normal ) were for 400 rs and the cheapest anti glare were for 700..and expensive for 1500.. so i went for cheapest to try it out .. will come by tommrrow .. till then i need u people suggestions are they advantageous ?
