Its running RICH, thats exactly why it starts on first kick. End result? Bad fuel mileage.
Dont believe me? Ask any expert of even the 'most-ustaad' (dumbest) mechanic out there, or even google it.
Solution: Get the mixture fixed.
A Fact: Brand new bikes always come with RICH mixtures. No one touches the settings before 5k kilometers or so (to complete the initial running phase), and after that settings can be changed, and sensible people DO change it.
The other point about "Always giving the choke at first morning start" ... well, thats for the health of the engine.
