bro go for cbr 250 or cbr 400 FROM HONDA, FZR 250 or FZR 400 From yamaha

aur model 2000 se uper ka mushkil hai because yeh bike 90s ke bad ana band ho gayye thi
but you will find 1992 to 1998 Models in your budget

I did some research in this field and saw some bike with exhaust under the seat.Really liked those. What about such a bike with exhaust under seat I mean which brand or model. Budget can be increased plus I am in Kuwait so any dealer address or some one selling ?

You would have to check the market for it. Meanwhile i saw these two at pakwheels,

Yamaha R1 Used Yamaha YZF-R1 2002 Bike for sale in Faisalabad - Used Bike 98523 | PakWheels

    &

Yamaha R6(converted) Used Yamaha YZF-R6 1992 Bike for sale in Hyderabad - Used Bike 98335 | PakWheels

Both are almost in your budget

    ^^For sure NCPs

    I have sold a non custom 2003 R6 for 360k last month.
2002/2003 custom paid R1 would cost you near 4.5 to 5.5 lacs.

look for a honest, unmodded Honda Bandit or a CBR250 or CBR 400. A good genuine late 90s model can be easily found within your budget. Avoid non-original super bikes or else frequent trip to mechanics can become a routine. Within your range you can also go for Suzuki GS500....its 2 cylinder air cooled bike but danm realiable and easiest spare parts to find. GS500 will also give you the best fuel economy. Raha sawaal under the seat exhaust ka tow.....you can fit after market exhaust under the seat......thori jugaar kerni perti hai. no biggy

Ofcourse for "THAT" heavy bike sound he must look for Bandit or CBR or FZR. Bandit is the cheapest in all the options and if you like to customize your ride, bandit is a very nice platform to biult upon.......its a naked bike.....werna go for a full fairing CBR, FZR or GSXR if you are a fan of originality.

You will going to find nothing good in this budget ... Raise your budget upto 6 lacs and get 2002-2004 GSXR 600
Under seat exhaust comes in R1 and CBR whose price tag is beyond your expectation ....
