the perfection is not there yet
Nice bike.
Excuse me for asking this (since everyone else here seems to know it), but what is the bike's make, engine power, model, country of origin?
Are you doing all the restoration/modification yourself or a mechanic?
Good luck with the project!
Its a moded Honda Deluxe chassis with a CM250 engine. Obviously the front and rear end is swapped with a beefier super bike unit.
it 2012 HONDA CG125 deluxe .... and moded into HONDA CM250 .. with FZR breaking power
How do you make sure the mechanical structure supports the added weight of engine? Also, what about the bike's stability as the new engine takes it beyond its designed operating speed of 110 - 120 km/h?
Engine weight is not that big of an issue. Obviously by swapping a 125cc single cylinder engine with a 234cc dual cylinder engine do too stress on the existing frame but A deluxe chassis can handle it, usually builders replace the center pipe of the frame which you see on the front of the engine (on which the engine is mounted at the front) with a thicker gauge steel to withstand increased weight and engine vibrations. Its actually not the engine's weight which bothers the builders but the vibrations and alignment of the engine. If done correctly, which im sure is so in this case there wont be any problem. Fine tweaking tow hoti hee rehti hain modified bikes may.
Good thing about this project is that it has a beefed up breaking system which is more than enuff to handle the 17-18 BHP the CM250 unit dishes out.
han1911 bro that flame throwing scene was just AWESOME
in sab issues ka bad main pta chlay ga................ cm250 ka mazza to lenay do bhai
deluxe chalai hai ?
120 to aram say classic sprockets pay max 130 agr tuning aur baki sab bhi ok ho
aur deluxe ka chassis cm250 sanbhal sekta hai no doubt.
