GS150 should be given the title of "Rust king"
In this country the manufacturers do not think that other parts except engine are essential to the bike
But if we think logically then the most important part of the bike is the chassis and if that starts rusting then one day everything attached to it will simply fall apart and then what will happen to then rider when this incident happens at high speed, i do not want to talk about that
What company is doing is committing a great crime by ignoring all safety measures because they themselves would never ride these junkies

    Default GD110 After first Tuning

    Hi.. (Karachi)

Before 800km i was very happy with the bike, it was a smooth ride and no sound plus no vibration.. now i have issues..

It was like when you twist on throttle the bike loved it with an impressive sound.

    1) the sound seems strange and i think it gaps a little (suzuki guys says its ok, suzuki U.R)
    2) I used Zic oil which is 10w-40 fully synthetic which i think is not for this bike as it has induced a lot of vibration and sound in the bike.
    3) Just after tuning i tried to see its top speed but on full throttle the bike shutdowns.
    4) Even with less incremental throttle on DHA express way i could not reach 90+.

    Please advice what to do.

Best engine oil for this bike? Best mechanic? Why so much vibration? any other advice???

    Regards
    Omair

    1) What exactly is the sound that you feel annoying? Maybe some lose nut or bolt?
    2) The engine oil which Suzuki give to customers is rated at 10W-40 which is manufactured by Total. I also did not like this oil, so I got Kixx 20W-50 the next time. I'll observe its performance over 1,500 km and decide to continue using it or discontinue it. By the way since winter is coming up, a 10W- oil is recommended.
    3) The fuel mixture is lean. Either get the mixture richer or pull the choke lever a little bit when the engine begins to stall at high speed.
    4) Due to leaner fuel mixture.
    First deserve, then desire.

    Brother use liquimoly 4T 20w-50
It is the best engine oil in pakistan for bikes
Even at 2,000km usage the oil does not loose its viscosity and lubrication properties

I used Castrol GTX 4T... I think its very good.. I feel no vibration at all.. I used SGO 10W 40 before.. but I felt vibration at 60 to 70 kmph speed..
and Suzuki FR is much better than UR..

A GD110 rider stattement from Philipines..

    Kent V. Olandria

My fellow GD riders earlier I have a chance to race with a CB 110 on my way home there is this long stretch highway in Marikina where they always held drag racing for motorcycles and cars at the stop light he look at me and I also look at him it is understood that we have to do it and it so happened that the street was free its about 700 meters when the green light went on I hit on the throttle and the way my GD go! Whoo I was surprise with my GD perform for the first 3 gears I was far away from the CB 110 our GD is indeed strong I hit almost 110 kph and when we reach to the end the owner of the CB can't believe I bit him he was suprise of how strong the engine of the GD he even said pare ang lamas ng makina mo hirap ako maka pick up and how proud i am to own a GD
