first of all start having protiens rich diet,,, then do a MAALISH to ur right leg,, then say BISSMILLAH,,, then go near bike, sit on it, insert chaabi,, turn it,, check if bike is in gear, then lift urself slightly up from right side and place ur foiot on kick n kick it
